What’s up Regenerated Heads? I feel it is RHP’s duty to hit you off with some kind of info every once in a while. After all, you checked the site, so we should have some fly shit for y’all.

First off, for those still sleeping, GlobalCypher.com veteran Mportd Flows has just released his first EP! Executive produced by yours truly with 4 beats by Old Yist, this 7 track barnburner is a guaranteed good listen. Peep the audio snippets on Be Yourself Records.com. Yes, there is a track on there featuring RHP and this will not be available on our forthcoming LP.

In the world of reviews, "Rat Race Vacation" has just received praise (sort-of) from UGS Magazine. Check out the review here. Click on the Magazine (issue 4) and then click our name in the contents.

Next thing I’d like to comment on is the new section on GlobalCypher called “Funny Sh!t”. Anytime you find a funny, disturbing or both funny & disturbing site, post it there.

Finally, heads keep asking us, “when are you performing again?” DJ Exfyl will be at Hank Shocklee's monthly "Headshop" Showcase at Union Square in Merrick, Long Island on Friday, November 15th. He ripped it so hard during our last set that they asked him to come back to spin a few sets. Shred and I got death threats to never come back. HA (Alf voice), joking! Heads felt us like arts & crafts materials. I wonder if Exfyl will drop a DL pre-release version of one of our new songs (hint to Exfyl).

Wow. Boy am I glad we made the trip out to Merrick last night. Bomb Squad pioneer Hank Shocklee's monthly "Headshop" showcase is proof positive that hip hop is still a live and vital force on Long Island. Hosted by Gaston, co-host of "Words" (3rd Saturday of every month) at The Nuyorican Poets Cafe, the show was hot, and the vibe mad positive. We performed three songs after some nice work on the mic by Doujah Raze, P Fam, Admonish, and the fellas from Crisis Center. Sonic and Lord Vader of The Wondertwinz were in the house, as was Tah Phrum Duh Bush. A great night for all involved. Next Headshop November 15. Many thanks to A Girl Named Disaster, also, for the hookup.

A big thank you to everyone who came out to The Elbow Room last night for the debut of our latest jam "Escape from Slavecamp." Big ups to the always modest Moelicious and my man Phon-X for co-producing this new RHP anthem.

Special shouts go out to Harold "H-Bomb" Gottesman for traveling an insane distance to be with us last night, as well as to Illus of The Impossebulls, DJ Needalz, Old Yist, & "Hollywood" Scotty Choc of The Sound of Urchin, who made a surprise appearance. It was great to see everybody, and we really appreciate all the support.

For those of you who might be interested, here's last night's set list:

Cyclops Monocle
Elements
Anthem Eater
Robot Whores
Dog Fight
Obese
Escape from Slavecamp

For those of you who live out on the Island, we'll be performing a short set out at The Union Square Lounge in Merrick tonight. More details on the dates page.
